What we do
Business Management team is a part of Ford Academy team which sits at Ford India's HO in Gurugram. BM is one of our oldest and most matured solution for Ford Academy. This team was established in 2010 and today we cover the entire dealer network of Ford India operations. So every month we receive dealership's financial data from over 200 Ford dealers. This data is then sanitized by our team of analysts and fed into our eSOS system. Insights generated are shared with Ford India's senior management on a monthly basis and the Financial Health Card is shared with the reporting dealers.
Using BM data we categorize dealers into four sets:
D box: Loss making dealers lie in this box.
C Box: Dealers with structure issues.
B Box: The dealers who do not submit their financial data lie here.
A Box: Profitable dealers lie here.
This approach helps the BM team and Ford India management team to conduct reviews and develop focused action plans for dealers to improve their profitability.
