Abhijit Joshi
Abhijit is associated with us for the last 14 years. He has been one of the key pillars of this organization handling multiple leadership roles. He currently provides support and guidance to the Regional Solutions Hub business and liaises with markets as per his Regional SME role.
Ajay Yadav
Ajay is associated with us for the past 12 years, and is currently working as Director Ford Academy for the last 5 Years. He was previously managing business development in north region and subsequently handled General Motors and Hero MotoCorp accounts as account director.
Jay Kochar
Jay Kochar has been with us from 2009 onwards. He started as Quality care Sales Implementation Coach for Ford India as part of the Ford Academy team. Moved to a bigger role of managing the Sales Program management for Ford India. Now being responsible for Ford Guest experience program design and program management for Ford Asia Pacific markets.
Krishnan Sivaraman
Krishnan Sivaraman joined in 2009 and from then has been associated with Ford Academy He has handled different projects like Quality Care Sales, Ford Assured, New Dealership Induction and is currently heading Ford Guest Experience Sales program for India
Latha Swaminathan
Latha is with Sewells from last 14 years. She handled various accounting functions and currently she is working as a Senior Manager Finance managing a team which handles the accounting function except taxes and financial reporting.
Santosh Kumar Baranwal
Santosh joined India business 10 years back as a graphic designer in the North solutions team. Presently as a Deputy Manager HR in our North SBU he looks after admin, printing and provides support in HR recruitment and on-boarding activities.
Srinivas Rao Kasaragod
For 15 years he has worked in OEMs Like Tata, Rane group, TVS Group, HM & ICML for core sales & marketing roles. In 2009 he joined Sewells group and started with Ford projects as Quality Care Sales Implementation Consultant and now he is with Ford Guest Experience as a Principal Consultant.
Suresh Jayraman
Suresh Jayraman is associated with us from last 10 years. Over years Suresh has demonstrated his curiosity to learn different aspects of auto retail. He is one of our most dependable and flexible trainer who covers programs as wide as sales, after sales, parts, financial analysis, HR, CRM and performance coaching. He was initially selected for TATA Motors Passenger Vehicles division as a trainer. After that, he was put into the new General Motors account and then with Ford. He does overseas programs for multiple clients from General Motors to Ford to Tata Motors Global Business.
